This detached luxurious 4 bedroom villa, which can sleep up to 8, has its own private pool. It is only a few minutes from the resort of Caleta de Fuste and the beach. It is an ideal place to enjoy a peaceful holiday in superb surroundings, with the added benefit of the golf course on site.

INTERIOR
This single storey villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. The stylish, open plan living room with dining area has Satellite TV, DVD/ video player and radio cassette player. There is also a large selection of books, board games, DVDs and cds for your enjoyment. There are two sets of French doors which lead out to the pool area and terrace.
The kitchen is fitted with all appliances and has a table and chairs offering additional space for informal dining. The utility room offers a washing machine and a drying area.
The villa has 4 very attractive and comfortable bedrooms, all of which are equipped with electric fans, fitted wardrobes and mirrors. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large en suite bathroom. 3 additional bedrooms have twin beds and share a large family bathroom.


EXTERIOR
From the lounge you walk out onto the shaded dining/terrace area where table, chairs and sun loungers are provided along with a barbecue area. There is a large heated swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. The Patio around the pool makes a great place to catch the suns rays and relax. Upstairs is a roof terrace with patio furniture and stunning views across the golf course and sea.

AMENITIES
Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive 5 * hotel are on your door step. Within the hotel there is an excellent restaurant and bar with views over the golf course. Entrance to the 18 golf course is also within the hotel. A shuttle bus service is available between the golf hotel, the resort centre and newly opened shopping mall. The shopping mall is a 10 minute walk from Villa Dunas. Here you will find a very large supermarket and a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, along with a “man made” beach and ocean bar and restaurant. The resort centre and large beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the villa. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport.
Car hire is recommended but not essential for this villa.

SERVICES
A complimentary welcome pack awaits clients on arrival. For guests staying two weeks or more, there is a weekly maid service. Beach/ pool towels are not provided so guests should therefore bring their own.

We would prefer not to take bookings where the party contains children under 5 years old.
